Hi,
I experience some major sound issues, while the game is running fine as well as all the cut scenes with their sound/music. But when in active play mode, the sounds seem to loop/repeat themselves. I installed DirectX 9 + DirectX for Modern Games, but that didn't solve the issue.

+1 I have exactly the same issue with Wolfenstein (2009), latest version: 1.21.
Resolutions I tried:
Tried multiple Windows versions (32- and 64-bit) and also without CrossOver, but didn't get any improvements of the in-game broken audio.
Changing between native/builtin DirectSound (via Bottle Wine Configs > Library > dsound = None) as described here. This just breaks the whole game's audio output - but interestingly the game's graphical performance runs much better then. Or in other words: the audio issue in-game also slows down the graphical performance.
Tried adding the Environment Variable PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=60
Tried setting in the game's "wolf2.cfg" the config value: s_noReverb "1" (instead of default "0")
I wanted to try to change the Sound bitrate to "44.1 Khz" as described here - but didn't manage to find the corresponding Registry Key for this.
