I have been a player of Wizard101 for over 10 years and I have never had this issue before. I recently redownloaded the game and for the first week or two it ran perfectly. Now, after about 1 or 2 minutes into playing the game, it freezes and unfreezes a few times then it proceedes to freeze and never unfreeze. The then game then crashes. I have run speed tests on the wifi which have shown no issue there and the computer is not the issue since every other application runs without any issues. I have also deleted the application and redownloaded it several times to no avail. Please help me resolve this issue so I can get back to playing this wonderful game.

I suggest that you generate a debug log:

Then the expert guys (unfortunately I'm not one of them...) may be able to help you. Also, it is important to know if you are running Crossover on Linux or on Mac.
