Wizard 101 still can not run in New Mac macOS Catalina system ? When can repair?

We do not have a version of CrossOver that is compatible with Catalina yet. We have two blog posts which detail our progress and the challenges involved here: first postsecond post.

Long story short, Catalina does not support running 32-bit processes, and the current version of CrossOver relies on those in order to function. I would advise you not to upgrade to Catalina until a Catalina-supported version of CrossOver is released. I need them to update this. I was trying to finish Dragonspyre but since they don't update it I can't do it anymore because I updated my computer. Please fix this before I say fuck this game for good

There's no need for that kind of language.

And you 'need' whom to update what? CrossOver 19 is compatible with macOS Catalina and is built for it.
It is also not the fault of any software developer that you upgraded your computer, that is your prerogative.
