Hello,

I have been using Crossover since May 2011. It was running Wizard101 fine, until about the start of this month. I uninstalled everything, and re-installed Crossover too. I then installed Wizard101 again in hopes that it would have been fixed, except it didn't. I installed, created a new bottle for it, and got ready to log in. The window to log in popped up, and I logged in. It took only seconds for me to be able to hit play(which shouldn't happen when re-downloading). That window closed, and the loading window comes up(which if you have played it, closes and then the game window will come open). The loading window never closes, and Crossover stops responding. I have un-installed it again and retried, and it still didn't fix anything.

Anyone have any clue what I can do to fix this problem?

I am having the same problem. Program used to work great. Updated MAC operating system and Wizard 101 stopped working. Uninstalled and reinstalled and after I enter username and password and click play, the program loads but then freezes on the picture. Can someone help?? Thanks!

What version of CrossOver, and what version of the Mac OS, are you using?

If you are using Mac OS 10.7.5 or 10.8.2, then anything earlier than CrossOver 11.2.2 is likely to trigger this kind of bug. (Updates to the Mac OS itself which came out in September 2012 caused problems with earlier versions of CrossOver).

Are you using one of those versions of the Mac OS with CrossOver 11.2.1 or newer, or do you have either an earlier version of the Mac OS or a later version of CrossOver?

I have the same problem. I don't know what version of Crossover I have but I am sure it is prior to 11.2. Below is the Mac OS version. Do you know what I need to do to fix? I assume I need to upgrade my version of Crossover?

Tony, try installing the trial version for CrossOver 12. Make sure you are using the trial
and not the older version of CrossOver to run the game (Go to the CrossOver menu > [b]About
CrossOver[/b]). It should solve the issue you are having.
