Avalon patch keeps crashing while loading

I keep getting an error code when logging into Wizard

Error Unable to download files.

I've tried redownloading .....sometimes I get on .....then while its downloading everything it gets stuck on one thing and won't download anymore.... if I quit and relog in it says Unable to download files.......and I have to remove the bottle and start all over again ....but it just keeps happening ......I am getting so stressed out about it :(

someone ....anyone please help!

It all started after the latest Avalon preview patch.
