Install from the command prompt rather than using the installer

I was unable to do a full "install" (Windows 2000 bottle), but instead ran the exe from the command prompt and then choose the option to make a start menu icon. The .ini file was installed appropriately in the Windows file hierarchy, although the bottle shows "no applications" installed. [But I should note that the PC version also does not have an installer and merely runs from the desktop (or wherever you place the exe). The program has only two files, an .ini and the .exe]

The only issues were font colours noted in the Introduction to this app and conjugation alignment. These are totally resolved in CrossOver 9.0.0 Pro and later.
