WeBuilder 2010 Forum

Hi, so the new version of WeBuilder 2014 is out and while the 2010 works just fine, the new version won't even start - when run after few moments shows an error message stating that an error has occurred in the application and restarting the application makes no difference so the only thing one can do is close it ☹️(

Anyone has any idea how to run this app?

Install Platform SDK Redistributable: GDI+ in the same bottle where WeBuilder 2014 is installed and see if that fixes things.

Thank you so much for taking the time and answering my question! 😊 However I'm afraid my knowledge on the matter is extremely limited, I only just started using crossover having only 2 programs installed - one through crossover itself and another was WeBuilder 2011 as 'other' so I really don't know what you just said! ;-D

Could you direct me to a place where I can decipher your advise? 😉

Hi,

Crossover, by default, installs windows programs in so called "bottles". My advice was to visit the link I left in my previous post, click the green button on that page, and make sure, when installing to select the bottle where you had previously installed WeBuilder.
