my webmoney account is suspended [help]

Hi everybody,

last week someone from webmoney724 charge my account for 100$.'
after that my account has been suspended.
dos any body know what's happened?
also webmoney support does not answer me.

by the way i use WebMoney Keeper Classic, as a way to work with webmoney.
