Everything seems to work properly including maps, the navigation buttons, search column sorting, and dialog box problems.
I haven't found a problem with it yet.

No problems here. I have a Danish and English version of 2008 installed. Both maps and sync is working fine. And much faster.

How could it be any different . . .
I have mac powerbook - intel - crossover 8.0.0 - and installed WT-English 2008 ( including the library files ) into bottle winxp.
Starting the programm - I get the WT-Lib flash screen - and I mean flash, ON / OFF and that is all . . .
the programm does not start !!!
Any suggestions would be appreciated !!

Hmm. I dont have a mac (yet) so I cant test it out.
From my ubuntu experiences though I find a lot of erratic things happen when i have 3D desktop or openGL effects enabled. This particularly with crossover.
My recommendations;
If you have any special effect openGL or other rendering turned on, try turning it off and see.
Change color depths and test again
Ensure you dont have virtual desktops or anything fancy that involves writing to different displays etc. are you using dual displays? Try one?
