Unfortunately i have not managed to get it to work and neither have the people on the winehq http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=22942 :'(

Doesn't surprise me really - the fact is -was- relying on GFW live, may
also mean it has dependencies on .NET framework somewhere that isn't yet
working in Crossover/Wine...

I have also tried to get this game to run with no luck, game won't even launch from steam, how can I debug this to check where it hangs?

Well I tried and upon launch with my steam copy I got the error of.

Application made attempt to load C Runtime library incorrectly
I too thought it might work since they ditched GFWL. I guess not.
