Hi guys, I have a problem with installing warcraft III the frozen throne from an mounted image. The extension is dmg. for macintosh. When I tried to install it it sais insert the warcraft III cd. Do I really need a CD to install, because I have lost it (it was stolen from me)?

no you can copy the install files over to your hard disk and start the set up from there just use the -workdir argument
eg and this iis one line
/wine -workdir /home/name/warcraft/ -winver win89 /home/name/warcraft/setup.exe

ooo quick question are you running linux or mac os
if you are running mac 9+ or os x 10.1.3(from the specs on the box) you should just be able to mount the image and copy the files to your desktop and run the install, warcraft has apple mac support
if you are running it under linux ppc version then you will have issues you'll have to install darwine and qemu to get it to install http://darwine.opendarwin.org/
and if you're one of the lucky few that have a intel Mac for developers then you can just install crossover under linux and go from there or you could wait a bit till codeweavers brings out the mac version of crossover
