Not able to share my replays or watch others than my own

Im able to save replays of my games and watch them through the watch replay feature, but Im not able to locate the .w3g replay files through finder, so I cant share my replays with others or download others replays and watch them (as double-cicking replays doesnt work either).

Help anyone?
