Will not recognize Warcraft 3 ROC

I can download and play warcraft 3 ROC but when I try to download TFT it says I need to buy warcraft 3 ROC when I already have it... I have downloaded it probably 8 times by now and tried saving it different ways, I saw another thread about making sure its in the same "bottle" but it wouldn't let me reply, I dont know what that means. I just got this iMac yesterday, someone please explain how to get this to work... I am on a 27' iMac Software OS X 10.8.2 (12C60)... Thanks.
