Does not display subtitles in other languages

Version CrossOver Game 8.1.4 Mac os 10.5.8
I followed instructions to the letter.
I installed the first chapter "Fright of the Bumblebees" in a WinXP bottle.
the game runs, the Italian subtitles are read.
I duplicate the bottle installed the second chapter.
Subtitles are not in Italian, in English only.
Why?

Is it only the second chapter that's missing the Italian subtitles? Or did duplicating the bottle and installing the second chapter break the subtitles for the first chapter?
