JavaVM Install not detected

I have opened an issue, but replying in detail here. I tried this on version 5.0.0 on a Win98 bottle.
Not tried the new rc. It asks to install JavaVM, but after reboot it asks again and again. Like an endless loop. Maybe some file used for detection of JavaVM install is not detected ?
My friend tried, and reached to about 87 % of actual install, then failed on a DLL file. I will investigate further into that.
