Get all 4 codecs working - Simplified.

To simplify quite a bit of confusion on codecs and getting them functional on any OS, I have found a simple installer which makes all the modifications you need automatically. Each of the codecs can be obtained from well known public sites, and the modifications done manually, however this process is a simple installer.

Just remember to install it to the same bottle as Ventrilo.
