"Get all 4 codecs working" file missing

Hi there !
I'm trying to download the voipcodecpack.exe from the pinned topic "Get all 4 codecs working - Simplified.", but the file is deleted from mediafire.
Would it be possible to upload it again or anyone has another link to the file? I can't seem to find something similar elsewhere.
