Vector NTI 10 installer for Wine

I have made an installer for Vector NTI 10 for Wine (I tested on Ubuntu 6.10 and Wine 0.9.29). It installs and seems to work pretty well. I hope the Codeweavers folks also integrate the concepts from the installer into their next version. It can be found here:
