Install fails on .NET 3.5sp1. I install .net 1.0 2.0 and try to install 3.0 but that fails. that was done by exporting bottle and then installing it. Which failed. If someone can figure out how to install this (.NET 3.5SP1) then it will work because everything else it needs is supported, directX, and visual studio 2008 run time components.

.NET 3.5 and .NET SP's so related are not supported by crossover/wine
at this time (in fact, I've heard say the service packs are problematic
to get installing/running, and not going to appear in crossover/wine any
time soon)...I doubt anyone knows when this will happen right now..

There's actually a bigger chance Epic ports this to OS-X and Linux than that you'll get it to work under CXgames.
The OS-X and Linux version of UT3 (and thus, the engine too) has been stalled in legal for years, though...
