It seems that it might now be.

EDIT: My mistake, the installer still fails.
Hi...
...actually, in this case, getting it to install and
having it actually work 'as expected' are two different
things ; it's been the case (on and off) with the wine-devel
tree lately, to be able to -install- it, but depending on
what the app calls for, dictates whether or not you get
to see the .NET crash error report pop-up =) ...
... unless you have an interest in doing so, believe me -
it's probably going to be a disappointing waste of time
tinkering the the newer .NET stuffs until the next crossover
release..
