Basically, this is an app that is meant to control, test, and program URC's line of remote controls.
It contains a WYSIWYG editing interface, and uses Windows Mobile platform drivers to interface with remote controls and base stations.
It's optimal environment is 32-bit Windows. It works in 64-bit Windows, but cannot interface with some remotes unless in the 32-bit Environment.
So this app runs, amazingly, and installs ActiveSync. The major problem is that it has huge hiccups when opening files. It can handle new files admirably. I have yet to test actually loading files onto a remote, largely because it's unable to open files. It works, but barely.
