Tumblebugs on Crossover 11.3 Mac 10.8.2

I got Game Manager to install and run using Cross Tie. It installed Tumblebugs and it starts ok on the splash screen, When the actual game starts the video goes wonky. I get a black background with many colored horizontal lines about 1/8" wide and an inch long. The game sound sounds correct, but is obviously unplayable.

Any suggestions? Would messing with the virtual resolution help?
