I setup a new Windows 7 bottle and installed Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 and then the 32bit version of SketchUp 2015.
I then modified the startup .lnk to have the /DisableRubyAPI switch, as described here.
To be safe, I also installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable(needs to be compatible with win7) and Platform SDK Redistributable: GDI+, just like the Trimble Sketchup 2014 CrossTie does.
I suspect that most of the Tips&Tricks for the Trimble Sketchup 2014 apply to this version and install.
It is worth noting that the Sketchup 2015 installer wouldn't let me install on an XP bottle(complained that Windows 7 and up required), and you must use the 32bit installer.
The final issue that needs to be resolved is it crashes when you try to open the File menu. If anyone has a suggestion, feel free to comment.
