Working good in CXG 9.x and Mac/linux

As of the CXG-9.1 release, the DVD version of this title is installable
via the C4P profile provided -- all the necessary game dependencies will
installed automatically via C4P -- there is no need to install the .NET
and DirectX packages included on the install DVD.

This title now working good in CXG-9.0 and all the font/menu
rendering issues previously noted are seemingly fixed. The game
simulation itself seems to stutter a bit (graphics not flowing
as smoothly as they otherwise might), but I haven't really tried
to fine-tune all the graphics options yet. Still, the game is now
very playable overall...
