Hi all,
I have the same problem, anyone can solve it? :)
Thx a lot ;)
I have even less of the car displayed (no shadow - although that could be due to incorrect shadow settings). And I have times when I launch a track that there's a weird film-grain over the whole thing (maybe problem with vertexes being rendered) or the track is completely black except for some 2D elements (like signs). And when I return to the menus sometimes the whole display goes black minus a few words from some of the buttons. It seems like a crapshoot when I play this game, I get different display problems in-game and in-menu each time.
I'm running Crossover Games 8 and OS X 10.6.1. I did not have TMNU installed previously, this was an install made after my upgrade to Snow Leopard (although Crossover Games 8 was installed prior to Snow Leopard upgrade, just for Steam).
See tips tricks section for solution.
I've tried the fix in the Tips and Tricks section, but I have no Direct3D folder in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Wine/
So I'm a bit confused.
If it doesn't exist just create it(Edit->new->key)
I'm using Snow Leopard 10.6.2 and Cross Over Games 8.1.4 and I added the key like instructed but its still not working. Help?
not trying to be annoying but are u sure u put the registry file in the right place
Alex
In the Tips & Tricks section, it says that the registry key should be "OffScreenRenderingsMode." It's actually "OffScreenRenderingMode." Take out the "s" after Rendering and it should work just fine.
I tried the reg.key with CrossoverGames 9.0 - OSX 10.6.3
It doesn´t work, it crashes the program.
It worked with 10.6.2
