I was playing TrackMania Forever on my iMac dual 2.4GHz quite well. But after upgrading Crossover Games from 7.0 to 7.1, TrackMania is not longer playable. All the screens still load, in fact more since the on-network functions now work too. But the rending speed has plummeted and the graphics quality, especially of the car, has dived. It's so slow now that I can't really play the game.

The recent 7.2 update seems to have fixed performance for me on my 2ghz Mac mini, not sure if it's to the same level as 7.0 was, but it's significantly better than 7.1.
I tried installing TMN Forever on my MacBook Pro 2.4GHz (Crossover Pro) and Im kinda confused. The game loads and connects to all servers perfectly, but when I get into the game, the framerate goes waaay down under playable (about 0.5fps). But this is where it gets interesting - when I steer out of the track (so it's not in my sight) it goes perfectly smooth (60+ fps). I even tried editing a track. The editing itself causes no problems, but when I try to race it, it's f***ed up again. I used the latest version of Crossover Pro (7.1.0) and even tried Crossover Games (7.2) running TMN 2.11.11 (czech version, could that be a problem?).
I'd be grateful to any help, I love this game and I don't want to play it in Paralells =).
