After downloading the nightly build for 6/10, I tried Track-IT. The minimization problem has gone away, but I noticed another couple of problems still.
When trying to log in I can't get the window focus so that I can type in my password. I found that by clicking the login button and having it fail the login you can then type in your password. Also, it takes some time for it to actually start. It seems almost like it has gone into Never-Never Land. Eventually it does come up though.
