This was called " Windows Commander"
until a nasty letter from Micro$oft forced the name change.

it was modelled on the venerable 'Norton Commander'

other look-alike(s) include UltraExplorer ( run it under crossover)
and BeeSoftCommander (BSC) & GnomeCommander, for 'nix.
