Working great in linux with COG 8.1.4

TORCS installs correctly into a winXP bottle, and runs as
is 'out of the box' with no other dependencies required.

TORCS version tested => win32 1.3.1 release

If you don't want to run the game fullscreen, use the ingame
options->display menu to set windowed mode, or else by using
winecfg to enable 'emulate a virtual desktop'. Note: When
using 'emulate a virtual desktop' in winecfg, the 'desktop size'
must be the
same resolution as you select in the ingame display
options...(if you don't do this, you won't see all of the game
screens..ie; this game does
not* automatically resize the main
wine window).

Game runs very well in COG-8.1.4, and performance was near identical
compared to the native linux port (1.3.0). Works with all game input
connected here (dpad, xpad, analog joystick..etc) Probably running
at gold medal ranking, but silver for now until more gameplay/testing done....
