So Runic patched the game but the game stopped working for me. I get the loading screen and after a bit a "crash reporter" window. How about you guys? I have the steam version

It crashes on windows too. I wonder if it is patch related or it has something to do with steamworks sync stuff :/ Bummer.

Yep clearly related to cloud sync. Found folder where the game stores saves and config files and renamed it, game works. Lost a starting level embermage, no big deal. Some people on the Steam forums seem to have the same issue.

Game works for me after first patch.

I'm having the same problem I had pre-patch. Game continues to crash after 20ish minutes of playing. Usually while my inventory is open.

Edit: I think it may just have been an overheating problem. It plays fine now.

Yeah I am trying to get TL2 to work but its not working.

The standalone version does not work, and even after the "retrieving manifest" is done and the Play Button pops up.
Clicking on the Play Button (nothing happens).

I've tried the demo version from Steam and yet, does not work (crashes too).

Any advices here?
