Although the application installs and runs well (with the MS 2005 Visual C++ runtime pack installed), the app won't recognise the device attached.
To me then fails to run as expected under Windows, and (so far) cannot be made to work with any workarounds.
Thus I'm rating this as "known not to work".
I have been having a serious go at this problem.
As TomTom Home will not install on newly installed XP with SP3 I am trying again to make it work with either wine or CXoffice.
I have no success as there seems no way to connect USB.
Without a solution it seems that my TomTom cannot be updated.
Again I am sending message to TomTom but I don't imagine that they are interested.
