Launches, looks good, but in-game mouse control is broken.

The game launches, looks good, and the menus and settings respond as expected. However, once in-game the mouse control is completely broken. It's as if input system can only detect full up or full down, so your character is looking straight up or straight down. Any mouse movement just spins the character uncontrollably. A shame, because everything else looks great.

Tested on CrossOver 20.0.4 on Mac OS 10.15.7 with Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB.

Hi there,

I don't know if this will work for this particular game, but for some other games this issue with controlling the mouse is a macOS permissions issue. To potentially fix this, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy, then select "Accessibility." Under "Allow the apps below to control your computer", find Steam and make sure the box is checked. If it's already checked, go ahead and uncheck then recheck it. You'll need to restart Steam for your changes to take effect.

Again, I haven't tried with this game, but it definitely fixes other Steam games. Fingers crossed!

Best,
Meredith

That worked. Thank you!
