Steam Version with Crossover Games 9.2

Using an i7 iMac with 8GB of RAM, RAdeon 5750 GPU and 10.6.5 I can get this to install and start, but the first thing I tried to do was adjust the settings, but after the initial mouse-click to get to this menu, the game became unplayable, same goes for further attempts with any menu buttons.
