I'm running CrossOver Games 10.3.0 and The Witcher GOG Enhanced Version.
My gfx card is GeForce GT 650M, OS is Debian Linux (sid).
Here my glxinfo:

OpenGL vendor string: NVIDIA Corporation
OpenGL renderer string: GeForce GT 650M/PCIe/SSE2
OpenGL version string: 4.2.0 NVIDIA 304.64
OpenGL shading language version string: 4.20 NVIDIA via Cg compiler

I've followed all the instructions from https://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/browse/name/?app_id=3768;tips=1
All registry settings are as described.

The Witcher starts and shows the intro images + animation, but then it shows the menu on a white background.
I can still navigate the menu but no other graphics are visible, here's a screenshot: http://files.callistix.net/thewitcher.png

I'd really like to play the game, please help :)

This game still has some serious issues. Sometimes textures don't get loaded for no apparent reason. A good clue when it starts glitched out is when there are no crows in the menu. The HP and toxicity meter do not update. Tried it last month, I found it to be unplayable.

My advice: don't bother but you can still Vote for it. Maybe, if it gathers enough votes, it will get looked at.

Also, your nvidia driver is quite old and has known issues.
