On the german version, i can install with the tricks mentioned, i can also start via TSM.exe but when the game menu starts, an error message occurs that the CD is missing...
Any idea? Just another copy protection? :(

I think so, i have re-checked it. DVD Drive is found as M:, i tried it also setting the type hard-coded to CD-ROM, then i tried it with letter d:, no way to get it work.
Do you have a special CDROM configuration?
