Linux OpenSuse Leap 42.1 Gnome. For a brief period The Sims 4 gave segmentation fault at crossover 15.0 at simulation mode, now at 15.0.1 it works again. One problem is related to another software, Origin, where "Origin in Game" feature is broken, it will crash your game if enabled there. Problem number 2 comes from using open radeon driver, it will result in a blank white image when the Sims 4 is in windowed mode, you will have to maximize, minimize and or resize the window for it to eventually work. In fullscreen mode it is easier to bypass that, just press the windows key then return to the game and/or increase or decrease the volume, this issue is not at crossover, there is a bug at freedesktop regarding using DRI_PRIME=1 at some desktop environments such as Gnome. It works normally with just the intel though.
Not tested with the proprietary radeon driver as it has for years the habit of causing a permanent black screen after a system upgrade or after uninstalling it just being fixed with a linux distribution reinstall. I will post a script at tips and tricks for you to create a custom launcher which asks you if you want to use the intel driver or the open radeon driver to play the game.
