Hi I am trying to install this on a 7x64 win bottle with dotnet 4+3,5 , dx9 modern and msc 2015 though steam. Steam works just fine downloading the first 6gb of data and then tries to launch the patcher . The patcher crashes w/o windows just returns to steam.
I read around the net and also winehq that i should try to set d3d9 to bultin and d3dcompiler_43 to native. Despite having already installed dx9 I dont get the overides to winecfg tab. I added them manually but no dice.
I love this game and I would like to play it on catalina, perhaps Its too much changes between catalina crossover and windows to actually play BUT if anyone can help out and can guide me through i will take all the help . thanks in advance!
