Would you mind elaborating a bit on
1) the configuration this was for
2) the problem this was meant to fix in view of nobody here reporting any problem initialising a subsystem?
I've seen this tip somewhere else in another game I had problems with and it did help there, as far as I remember but I see no connection (yet) to The Secret World
I´s like to play around with this game to see if i can get it to run. Is there any way that i can get the installer without having to pay? I do not like to give out personal information on the far chance that the game might work someday. You know what I mean?
Is there a "free to play" scheme like with warhammer online?
You could try the demo but I don't know what information they want. I bought the game and am playing in Bootcamp when I have the time to boot into Windows for a bit.
