Fixing Crash

The game need the dll "api-ms-win-core-psm-appnotify-l1-1-0.dll" to work otherwise the game will crash. if you can build from source you need to apply the patch mentioned here or you can download the one below and place it in System32 in you bottle (open C: Drive -> windows -> System32).
the file is a stub and doesn't contain any workable code
