DVD Works for me, with some problems

I got the game mostly working on my computer. I created a bottle based on the win98 template, then installed the game, making sure to to answer yes whenever it asked if I wanted to install anything such as directx or quicktime (i forget whether it asked about directx or anything else but it did definitely ask about quicktime). The game works perfectly, except for a few bugs:

1) the escape key does not work at all (in Windows it takes me to the game's main menu)
2) Ctrl+Q quits the game as it should, and pops up a window with the buttons "Save", "Don't save", and "Cancel", but the window's text is invisible
3) Videos skip a little during playback
4) Full-screen doesn't quite work: my GNOME menu bars stay visible, and the game does not scale perfectly to fit my screen, leaving a black bar visible on one side. (this is using a non-widescreen monitor)

This is the DVD version of the game. From what I've read online, it appears that the DVD uses higher resolution graphics than the CD version but is otherwise essentially the same.
