The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Forum

Hello. I'm trying to install The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim which I've downloaded from the Internet but when all the components are installed and I get to the game installer it shows me the sky rim logo, then it fades away and nothing happens. I can hear the music from the installer playing but I don't see the installation window anywhere. I'm sure is that it's not the installer problem. I wish you could help me! I tried two different versions which I got from different websites but the final result was the same.

Try the original version of the game.

But I am actually curious about the versions I have. Both versions that I downloaded were cracked and as I previously mentioned when the installer opens it becomes invisible in one case and unusable in the other. Altho I can hear the music from it. When I install it in the bottle as a sky rim the above described problem occurs. However if I try to install it "Other applications" I get runtime error 211:514 and then 240:113 So I think there should be a way to run the installer properly. I just don't know how and what causes the problem.
