Installation using Steam

Hello there!!
I'm trying to install Oblivion using Steam but I don't know if it's possible.
I've read the installation guide and it's says that it's necessary to use the "unsupported" applications, using CD.
I've created a new bottle but I cannot find Steam as installator.
My question is: can I install Oblivion using Steam as I installed Skyrim?.
