Crash on Exit

I have Oblivion installed through Steam and it works great until I try and exit. Then I get a popup that I can't click on that say the program quit unexpectedly. I have to end up hitting CMD-Q to quit crossover and then I get the popup that says it can't shutdown the container because a process won't terminate. It takes 10 minutes to eventually shutdown. Is there a way to fix that?
