Installing Mods

I'm playing Oblivion from the disk (i.e. not through steam), and I was wondering how to install mods. The process on windows seems straightforward enough, just put the .esp/.esm files into the correct folder, then select them in the laucher, only problem is, I can't figure out which folder to place them in OSX in order to get them to appear in Oblivion when I run it with crossover.

If it's of use, the only mod I'm trying to install currently is the "No Psychic Guards" mod.

You're spot on, far as I know. You would go to Manage Bottles and select your Oblivion bottle, then go to the Advanced tab and select, "Open C: drive in finder." From there, navigate to Program Files--> Bethesda Softworks --> Oblivion and drop the esp/esm files in there. That should be all it takes. Keep in mind if you ever try to install fancier mods that require things like the Oblivion script extender, they may not work. However, simple game mods that only require esp/esm files or replace textures should be fine.
