Team speak 3 for Mac OSX

Team speak 3 only support OS 10.8 or later. As many of us have this issue of not being able to upgrade its OS, therefore not anymore being able to install TS, are there anyway to install TS3 through crossover? i did try it but after install, TS3 would just never launch. I'm on 10.7.5. Cheers for any info.
