Tally Prime Gold working slow

Hello,

We are tally prime gold users and we use tally in server-client configuration. Currently, we have 5 companies on tally and 6 users connected via 1 Gbps network connections.

Whenever we save a voucher in tally it takes at least 45 to 90 seconds to save it, because of which our work efficiency is getting affected. Our data size for all 5 companies is 1.1 GB.

Our server configuration is Intel Core i7 14 gen processor, 32 GB Ram, 1 TB NVME SSD.

Please help
