Tally Prime Server

We are planning to move the Tally server installation from a regular desktop to a dedicated tower server.
We have 30 users at any time connected from remote locations. (using TS Plus and Remote Desktop connectivity)
Our existing installation on the regular desktop was on a i5 processor with 32 GB RAM and running Windows 10 pro.
We were facing latency and lag in our system and wanted to upgrade to a dedicated tower server for reliability and efficiency.
Please suggest a suitable configuration for the tower server system.
