Tally 9 not working on Monterey

Guys I installed Crossover on my new iMac 24 (running OS Monterey) and then tried to install Tally 9 Erp. The installation starts of and then just stops midway. Waited for a long time but it does not complete. Apparently many people are having this issue on Monterey. Does someone have a fix. Pls advise. Thanks.
