white screen turn to error...

hello,
whenever i open tales of pirates i have to click on the button enter game.
after i hit the button the screen gets white for 2 seconds and it appears an e-mail system that manage me to write igg an e-mail about my error.. so basicly it don't work for me atm.. i planned to buy the full version but if its not working i wont :/ could you help me? i would really appreciate it ((:

Try enabling the experimental Mac Driver.
(In CrossOver: Configure menu > Manage Bottles > Select the Bottle > Advanced tab)
