GoG.com Version work well on Crossover 12.1.1. on Mac OS X 10.8.2.
ATI-Card Mac (maybe NVIDIA too) have to turn off all Window Preferences in the Sytem Shock Bottle on the Graphic-Tab of the Wine Configuration

Turn on the experimental Mac driver in CX and maybe you won't even need to do all that and could probably run fullscreen too. Give it a try.
